Volleyball Recap: Churchill Beats Mccallum for Their Fifth Straight Victory

Churchill posted their closest victory since September 6, 2024 on Thursday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the McCallum Knights, sneaking past 2-1. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Chargers also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2016.

Their offense was headlined by Olivia Huereca and Stella Okoh, who picked up seven kills apiece. They got some help from Sofia Sedano and her 15 assists. She also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Gia Duenez, racking up two apiece.
