Even though Immaculate Conception Academy scored an imposing 61 points on Saturday, the Dominion Academy Sabers still came out on top. Dominion Academy snuck past the with a 65-61 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Dominion Academy.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Dominion Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Elijah Heerdt, who dropped a double-double on 26 points and 15 rebounds. That makes it five consecutive games in which Heerdt has scored at least a third of Dominion Academy's points. Another player making a difference was Luke Campbell, who scored 21 points along with five rebounds and five steals.

Dominion Academy's victory bumped their record up to 9-7. As for Immaculate Conception Academy, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-7 record this season.

Dominion Academy will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on the Saints at 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Immaculate Conception Academy, they will head out on the road to square off against the at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
