Basketball Game Preview: West Jessamine Colts vs. Danville Admirals

The West Jessamine Colts will face off against the Danville Admirals at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. West Jessamine will be looking to extend their current six-game winning streak.

It was a classic East v. West duel when West Jessamine faced off against East Jessamine on Friday. Everything went West Jessamine's way against East Jessamine as West Jessamine made off with a 79-59 win. The Colts have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven games by 20 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Danville was able to grind out a solid victory over Nelson County on Thursday, taking the game 77-68.

West Jessamine's win bumped their record up to 12-8. As for Danville, their victory ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-15.

Everything went West Jessamine's way against Danville in their previous meeting back in February of 2021, as West Jessamine made off with a 70-50 win. Will West Jessamine repeat their success, or does Danville have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
