Basketball Recap: Nine Straight Home Wins for Eastside

Eastside extended their winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Kenneth Harris. The Eastside Lions walked away with a 62-53 victory over the Palmdale Falcons on Friday thanks in part to Harris, who went 12 for 19 on his way to 28 points and eight rebounds. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in points.

Eastside's win was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 11-8. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.3 points per game. As for Palmdale, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-13 record this season.

Eastside and Palmdale could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps California Rankings.
