Nordonia had won ten straight home games and Zac Fernandez did his part to make it 11 on Tuesday. The Knights were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the St. Martin de Porres Lions for which the team can thank Fernandez, who had 18 assists and three digs. He has been hot for a while, having posted 13 or more assists the last 47 times he's played.

While Nordonia won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. The final score came out to 25-9, 25-5, 25-23.

Nordonia has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-6 record this season. As for St. Martin de Porres, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-14 record this season.
