Basketball Game Preview: Sheridan Generals vs. Tri-Valley Scotties

The Sheridan Generals will head out to face off against the Tri-Valley Scotties at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Sheridan's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.

Sheridan took a loss when they played away from home on Friday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. They skirted past New Lexington 65-63.

Meanwhile, Tri-Valley was fully in charge on Tuesday, breezing past Meadowbrook 75-24. The Scotties have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three matches by 35 points or more this season.

Tri-Valley pushed their record up to 4-1 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 29.5 points. As for Sheridan, their victory bumped their record up to 4-1.

Sheridan might still be hurting after the 68-48 defeat they got from Tri-Valley in their previous matchup back in February. Can Sheridan avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
