Basketball Game Preview: Jonesville Comets vs. Lumen Christi Catholic Titans

The Jonesville Comets will challenge the Lumen Christi Catholic Titans at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Jonesville easily dispatched Homer on Friday, but unfortunately both the margin and the ultimate result were a different story in this one. Jonesville fell just short of Columbia Central by a score of 51-48 on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Lumen Christi Catholic came up short against Tecumseh on Tuesday, falling 66-45. While losing is never fun, the Titans can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 48th, while the Indians are ranked third).

Jonesville's defeat dropped their record down to 11-8. As for Lumen Christi Catholic, their loss dropped their record down to 12-6.
