King William won the last time they faced Mathews and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Cavaliers came out on top against the Blue Devils by a score of 3-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Cavaliers.

While King William might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Mathews scored at least 19 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-22, 22-25, 25-21.

Addison Kirby paced King William's offense, picking up 17 kills. Kirby got some help from Ella Johnson and her 31 assists. Kirby was also solid from the service line: she led the team with ten aces.

King William's victory bumped their record up to 13-6. As for Mathews, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-10.

King William has already played their next matchup, a 3-2 loss against West Point on the 16th. As for Mathews, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-1 win against Northampton on the 16th.
