Volleyball Recap: Roxborough Comes Up Short

If Roxborough was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Parkway West on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Wolves took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hill Freedman World Academy Hawks on Thursday. The Wolves haven't had much luck with the Hawks recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Roxborough now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Hill Freedman World Academy, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Roxborough will square off against Maritime Academy Charter at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Seadogs will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Wolves surely won't give up without a fight. As for Hill Freedman World Academy, they will take on Jules E. Mastbaum Vo-Tech at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
