Softball Recap: Cheboygan Takes a Loss

Cheboygan was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 12-5 to the Mt. Pleasant Oilers.

Cheboygan's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Mt. Pleasant, the win was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-3.

Cheboygan has already played their next matchup, a 12-4 loss against Traverse City Central on the 26th. As for Mt. Pleasant, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, an 11-2 victory against Laingsburg on the 26th.
