Basketball Game Preview: Eastbrook Panthers vs. Wabash Apaches

Eastbrook is 2-7 against Wabash since February of 2015 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Eastbrook Panthers will look to defend their home court against the Wabash Apaches at 7:30 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Eastbrook has four straight victories, Wabash has 20 straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

On Saturday, Eastbrook didn't have too much trouble with Tri-Central as they won 48-33.

Meanwhile, Wabash lost to Rochester at home by a 62-44 margin on Friday. While losing is never fun, the Apaches can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Indiana basketball rankings (they are ranked 426th, while the Zebras are ranked 149th).

Eastbrook's win was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 10-7. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.3 points over those games. As for Wabash, their loss dropped their record down to 0-19.
