New Jerusalem Christian Academy won the last time they faced Palm Grove Christian and things went their way on Friday too. The New Jerusalem Christian Academy Eagles took down the Palm Grove Christian Gators 49-33. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Eagles.

Elijah Marcellus continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 23 points and ten rebounds. Another player making a difference was Jayden Reid, who almost dropped a double-double on nine points and nine boards.

Palm Grove Christian lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Carter Baker, who went 5 of 11 en route to 12 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Carson Miller, who posted seven points and five rebounds.

New Jerusalem Christian Academy's win bumped their record up to 10-5. As for Palm Grove Christian, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-7.
