Volleyball Recap: Walden Grove Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Walden Grove came into their game on Wednesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 3-0 to the Salpointe Catholic Lancers. The loss continues a trend for the Red Wolves in their meetings with the Lancers: they've now lost nine in a row.

The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-18, 25-17.

Walden Grove's defeat dropped their record down to 9-15. As for Salpointe Catholic, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 26-8 record this season.

Coincidentally, Walden Grove and Salpointe Catholic will both be playing Sahuaro the next time they take the court. The Lancers will head out to face the Cougars at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Red Wolves will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
