The Germantown Clippers are taking a road trip to take on the Windham-Ashland-Jewett Warriors at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Germantown is looking for their season's first win.

Germantown came up short against Chatham on Monday, falling 25-2.

Meanwhile, Windham-Ashland-Jewett was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 5-4 heartbreaker at the hands of Milford Central.

Windham-Ashland-Jewett's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Germantown, their loss dropped their record down to 0-7.

Germantown couldn't quite get it done against Windham-Ashland-Jewett when the teams last played back in May of 2024 as they fell 11-8. Can the Clippers avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
