In what's become a running theme this season, the Winner Warriors gave their fans yet another huge win on Saturday. They breezed by Cheyenne-Eagle Butte at home to the tune of 71-18. Winner's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Winner's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Ava Craven, who scored 16 points along with two steals. It was the first time this season that Craven scored 15 or more points. Karlee Brozik was another key contributor, scoring 12 points.

Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Cheyenne-Eagle Butte struggled to work together and finished the game with only three assists. They were crushed by their opponents in that department as Winner racked up 22 assists.

Winner pushed their record up to 12-4 with that victory, which was their sixth straight at home. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.2 points per game. As for Cheyenne-Eagle Butte, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-12.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Winner will take on McLaughlin at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Cheyenne-Eagle Butte, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Wakpala at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked in South Dakota (Wakpala is ranked 120th, while Cheyenne-Eagle Butte is ranked 142nd).
