Volleyball Recap: Millis Comes Up Short

Millis was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 15th straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the Dedham Marauders, falling 3-0. Surprisingly, this marked the Mohawks' fourth straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.

Millis' record now sits at 0-13. As for Dedham, they moved to 4-10 with that victory, which also ended their ten-match losing streak.

Millis and Dedham could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Massachusetts Rankings. The Mohawks will take on Bellingham at 6:15 p.m. on Monday with a big rank disadvantage (266 vs. 18). Meanwhile, Dedham (ranked 214th) will meet Hopkinton (ranked 48th) at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
