 In what's become a running theme this season, Glenn gave their fans yet another huge  victory on Tuesday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Davie War Eagles  a   7-0 shutout. Glenn's pitching crew has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a  run in their last five  contests.
 Glenn got a great performance from  Carmine Lancaster as he  didn't allow a single  earned run while striking out six over five innings pitched.
 At the plate, Glenn let  Taylor Furches and  Brayden Winters loose on the outfield. Furches  scored two  runs and  stole three bases, while  Winters  scored two  runs and  stole a base while going 2-for-3.
 On Davie's side,  Connor Berg was a  force to be reckoned with on the mound despite the final result: he  didn't allow a single  earned run over five innings pitched.
 Glenn pushed their record up to 13-8 with that  win, which was their fourth straight  at home. As for Davie, their defeat  ended  a  three-game streak of away wins  and  brought them to 12-8.
 Glenn will have a chance to go back-to-back against Davie: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled  at 7:00  p.m.  on Thursday.
