The Rockets had just enough and edged out the Shamrocks 1-0 on Wednesday. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Rockets as it put an end to their four-match losing streak.

New Haven's victory bumped their record up to 4-15-2. As for Eastpointe, they are on a 12-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-18.

Looking ahead, after both having extra time off, New Haven and Lutheran Northwest will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Eastpointe, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Center Line on the 3rd.
