Softball Recap: Tuscaloosa Home Educators Takes a Loss

Tuscaloosa Home Educators fought the good fight in their extra-innings game against Evangel Christian on Tuesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Evangel Christian Lightning by a score of 2-1. The Warriors haven't had much luck with the Lightning recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Tuscaloosa Home Educators now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Evangel Christian, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-5 record this season.

Evangel Christian is facing Heritage Christian Academy at the right time seeing as Heritage Christian Academy is stuck on a five-game losing streak.
