Volleyball Recap: Spring Valley Gets the Win + How To Watch

Spring Valley won the last time they faced Westwood and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Vikings came out on top against the Redhawks by a score of 3-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Vikings.

Spring Valley walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the first set). The final score came out to 25-11, 25-22, 21-25, 25-16.

Spring Valley had a senior duo take command as Malaya Dewey had 30 digs and two aces and Kennedy Newton had 12 digs and four aces. Dewey has been hot, having posted 11 or more digs the last seven times she's played.

Spring Valley was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 18 aces. They are 5-2 when they serve at least ten aces.

Spring Valley's record now sits at 13-18-1. As for Westwood, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-13.
