Football Recap: Manning Picks Up 15th Straight Win at Home

With a playoff win on the line, Manning rose to the challenge on Friday. Everything went their way against the Timberland Wolves as they made off with a 46-24 win. The Monarchs might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven contests by 22 points or more this season.

Lovell Stevenson threw for 67 yards and one TD. CJ Robinson was his top target, picking up 38 receiving yards and one touchdown. On the ground, Jontavious Canty rushed for 233 yards and three scores while picking up 10.6 yards per carry.

When it comes to explaining why Timberland lost, don't look at Antaun Faison Jr. Despite the final result, he rushed for 195 yards and a pair of touchdowns.

Manning pushed their record up to 9-3 with the victory, which was their 15th straight at home dating back to last season. The home wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 36.9 points over those games. As for Timberland, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-3.
