Edgewood (Texas) defeat Chisum (Paris, Texas) 73-24 after a solid game from
Carlos Bolton, who rushed for four touchdowns. Thanks to solid play, the junior now has 10 touchdowns for the year.

Jose Mares and Bolton ran for a bunch of touchdowns for the Mustangs.
Last season's game between the teams resulted in a 55-0 win for the Bulldogs.
The win brought Edgewood's winning streak to three games. The loss was the fourth in a row for Chisum.
Chisum (2-5) goes up against Clarksville in a 2A-2 Region II District 8 game matchup next week, while Edgewood (6-1) locks horns with Como-Pickton also in a 2A-2 Region II District 8 game.
