Basketball Game Preview: Britton-Hecla Braves vs. Lennox Orioles

The Britton-Hecla Braves will square off against the Lennox Orioles on Saturday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Britton-Hecla is headed into Saturday's game hungry for a win as their strong season has now been derailed by two straight defeats. They were six points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 59-53 heartbreaker at the hands of Roncalli.

Meanwhile, Lennox faced Hamlin in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Monday. The Orioles took a 59-53 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Chargers.

Lennox's loss dropped their record down to 6-5. As for Britton-Hecla, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-4.

Britton-Hecla was dealt a bruising 70-32 loss at the hands of Lennox when the teams last played back in January of 2019. Thankfully for the Braves, Josh Arlt (who went 5-for-8 en route to 16 points and three steals) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result?
