Staunton has gone a perfect 10-0 against Riverheads recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Storm will look to defend their home pitch against the Gladiators at 6:00 p.m. Staunton is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 5.8 goals per game this season.

Staunton took a loss when they played away from home on Monday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Thursday. They came out on top against Waynesboro by a score of 3-1. Staunton haven't had any issues with Waynesboro recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive win against them.

Staunton hit Waynesboro with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Ashton Barrett, Marc Geffrard, and Joshua Bryant.

Meanwhile, Riverheads came into Wednesday's game having lost four straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They and Stonewall Jackson finished up their matchup with a 1-1 draw on Wednesday. The result was nothing new for Riverheads as the squad haven't won a game since April 22nd.

Staunton pushed their record up to 11-1 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 47 goals over those five contests. Riverheads' draw gives them a new season record of 1-11-1.

Everything went Staunton's way against Riverheads when the teams last played back in April, as Staunton made off with a 4-1 victory. Do the Storm have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Gladiators turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
