Baseball Recap: Cashton Find Success

Cashton won against Kickapoo on Tuesday with five runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Thursday. The Eagles came out on top against the Elmwood/Plum City Wolves by a score of 5-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Eagles.

Cashton's victory bumped their record up to 12-13. As for Elmwood/Plum City, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost 12 of their last 15 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-16 record this season.

Cashton will square off against Blair-Taylor on Tuesday. The Wildcats' pitching crew has only allowed four runs per game this season, so the Eagles' hitters will have their work cut out for them. Elmwood/Plum City does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
