Volleyball Recap: Northfield Picks Up Third Straight Win on the Road + How To Watch

Northfield hadn't done well against Denver South recently (they were 1-6 in their previous seven matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Nighthawks came out on top against the Ravens by a score of 3-1. This was payback for the Nighthawks, who suffered a 3-1 defeat the last time these two teams met.

While Northfield might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Denver South scored at least 20 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 17-25, 25-20, 25-21.

Ellie Weaver paced Northfield's offense, picking up 11 kills. Weaver got some help from Kandice Kountz and her 27 assists. Emma Keuler controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Northfield pushed their record up to 12-5 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. As for Denver South, they moved to 6-5 with that loss, which also ended their three-match winning streak.
