Westmont entered their tilt with Regina Dominican on Wednesday with nine consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with ten. They came out on top against the Panthers by a score of 2-0.

Westmont didn't let Regina Dominican take a single set, but it sure wasn't easy: every set was decided by three points or less. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-22.

Kotryna Vanagas paced Westmont's offense, picking up 14 kills. Vanagas got some help from Ryley Johnson and her 16 assists. Johnson also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Alice O'Connor, each putting up two.

Westmont's victory bumped their record up to 18-5. As for Regina Dominican, their loss dropped their record down to 8-10.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Westmont will host Providence-St. Mel at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Regina Dominican, they will be playing at home against Amundsen at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
