Soccer Game Preview: Silverado vs. Barstow

The Silverado Hawks will venture away from home to face off against the Barstow Aztecs at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Silverado is looking to tack another W on to their season record, something they couldn't quite do against Adelanto on Thursday. The two teams finished up on equal footing with a 1-1 draw.

Meanwhile, Barstow played to a draw too, finishing 1-1 against Victor Valley.

The Aztecs' goal came courtesy of Mina Attalla, who's now up to 13 this season.

With that draw, Barstow's record moves to 4-6-4. As for Silverado, they moved theirs to 6-8-1.

Silverado beat Barstow 4-2 in their previous meeting back in December of 2025. Will the Hawks repeat their success, or do the Aztecs have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
