Baseball Recap: Conrad Weiser Comes Up Short

Conrad Weiser was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 20th straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a 7-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Eastern Lebanon County Raiders. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Scouts of the 8-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in March of 2025.

Conrad Weiser saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brayden Ackerman, who went 1-for-2 with two RBI.

Conrad Weiser's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Conrad Weiser will venture away from home to face off against Berks Catholic at 4:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Eastern Lebanon County, they are headed away from home for the first time to square off against Annville-Cleona at 4:15 p.m. on Monday.
