Volleyball Recap: Alexandria City Comes Up Short at Home Against West Springfield + How To Watch

Alexandria City unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the West Springfield Spartans on Tuesday. The Titans were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Spartans apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Coincidentally, Alexandria City and West Springfield will both be playing George C. Marshall the next time they take the court. The Spartans will host the Statesmen at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, while the Titans will host them at 8:00 a.m. on Friday.
