Matthew Paul was the top performer for Douglass. The senior quarterback ran for one touchdown.
A 36-0 Douglass victory was the result when the squads faced off last season.
The loss comes after Fairmont Heights defeated Central 28-20 last week.
In a Prince George's County 3A/2A/1A game next week Fairmont Heights (1-4) takes on Largo, and Douglass (4-1) will go up against Crossland also in a Prince George's County 3A/2A/1A game.
