After having lost a blowout in their previous game against River City, Kennedy was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Antelope Titans. That looming 3-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Cougars yet this season.

While Kennedy won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. The final score came out to 25-13, 25-8, 25-23.

Despite the loss, Antelope still got an impressive performance from Mikaela Elliott, who had 33 digs. Elliott is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last 15 games she's played dating back to last season.

The victory snapped Kennedy's losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 5-10 record. As for Antelope, their loss dropped their record down to 1-7.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Kennedy will take on rival Cordova at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Antelope is set to challenge their familiar foe Grant at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
