Basketball Recap: Gospel Light Christian Lions vs. Legacy Academy Warriors
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Southwest Christian Academy, Gospel Light Christian was happy to have turned things around on Monday. Everything went their way against the Legacy Academy Warriors as the Gospel Light Christian Lions made off with a 56-36 win. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Lions considering their 24-point performance the matchup before.
Legacy Academy lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Manolo Vazquez, who almost dropped a double-double on 14 points and nine rebounds.
