Basketball Recap: Park View Takes a Loss

Park View was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss dating back to last season. They were outmatched by the Loudoun County Captains and fell 68-2. The contest marked the Patriots' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Park View's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Loudoun County, the win got them back to even at 6-6.

Park View and Loudoun County could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Virginia Rankings. Park View will square off against Heritage at 7:00 p.m. on January 27th down 367 places (390 vs. 23). Similarly, Loudoun County (ranked 180th) will meet Broad Run (ranked 44th) at 7:15 p.m. on Friday.
