Harding Prep waltzed into their matchup on Monday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They were the clear victors by a 69-47 margin over the Elgin Owls. Harding Prep has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten games by 21 points or more this season.

Harding Prep had a senior duo take command as DJ Hillmon went 5-for-9 to rack up 18 points and five assists and Johan Marin shot 50% from the field en route to 15 points and six assists. Those 18 points set a new season-high mark for Hillmon. Chris Cook also deserves some recognition as he posted his first block of the season.

Harding Prep's victory bumped their record up to 18-8. As for Elgin, they are on a 13-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-18.

Harding Prep does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Elgin, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against North Rock Creek at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
