Football Game Recap: Forest Grove vs. St. Helens

Their game last Thursday wasn't at all kind to St. Helens, but their most recent contest may have softened the blow. They had enough points to win and then some against Forest Grove on Friday, taking their matchup 41-21. It took four tries, but St. Helens can finally say that they have a win on the road.

St. Helens started the match off right with 28 first-half points. Forest Grove countered with 21 points, leaving the score at 28-21 going into the half. The other side of the ball was dominant for St. Helens in the second half, holding Forest Grove to a measly 0 points.

The win got St. Helens back to even at 4-4. The loss dropped Forest Grove's record to 5-3.
