Rocklin and Franklin squared off in some playoff action on Monday, but Rocklin had to settle for second. They took a 7-4 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wildcats. The Thunder's defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Colby Pudge made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-4 with one home run. The team also got some help courtesy of Roman Castellanos, who went 2-for-3 with two RBI and one double.

Rocklin's loss dropped their record down to 23-7. As for Franklin, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 24-7.

As of now, neither Rocklin nor the Wildcats have any future games scheduled.
