Basketball Recap: Tippecanoe Valley Snags Fourth Win in Last Five Games

Tippecanoe Valley picked up another tournament win on Saturday. They walked away with a 36-23 win over the Harrison Raiders.

Harrison's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Allison McColley, who posted eight points and three steals, and Aleah Szymanski, who earned four points and four steals.

Tippecanoe Valley is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 7-7 record this season. As for Harrison, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-10 record this season.

After both having extra time off, Tippecanoe Valley and Northridge will shake off the cobwebs and take on one another at 7:45 p.m. on January 8, 2025. Northridge will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something Tippecanoe Valley surely won't give up without a fight. As for Harrison, they will venture away from home to square off against Roncalli at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Harrison is facing Roncalli at the right time seeing as Roncalli is stuck on a five-game losing streak.
