Hernando Christian Academy is 9-1 against First Academy since March of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. Meanwhile, there's no place like home for First Academy, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Monday. Everything went their way against Wildwood on Tuesday as they made off with a 15-4 win. Considering the Eagles have won seven games by more than eight runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Hernando Christian Academy's loss was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-12. As for First Academy, they now have a winning record of 9-8.

Hernando Christian Academy might still be hurting after the 23-3 defeat they got from First Academy in their previous matchup back in March. Can the Lions avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
