Grant Union won the last time they faced Elgin and things went their way on Friday too. The Prospectors were the clear victors by a 23-3 margin over the Huskies. The Prospectors might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven contests by seven runs or more this season.

Grant Union's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-8. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 21.8 runs over those games. As for Elgin, they are on a 17-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-10.
