While Los Amigos's victory against Savanna wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Lobos narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Rebels 3-2. Winning may never get old, but the Lobos sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Los Amigos took Savanna into a fifth set where they got it done with a two-point win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-11, 19-25, 27-29, 16-14.

Los Amigos' victory bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Savanna, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Los Amigos is set to square off against their familiar foe Anaheim at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Savanna will take on rival Santa Ana Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
