Carter Daniels Goes Supernova in Mountain Vista Victory
Mountain Vista picked up their eighth consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Carter Daniels. Daniels did his part (and then some), making 25 total tackles (1.0 for loss) and snagged an interception which he returned one-yard for a touchdown for the 'W'. He is on a roll when it comes to total tackles, as he's now made five or more in the last eight games he's played dating back to last season.
Mountain Vista's victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-0. Daniels and Mountain Vista will take on Rock Canyon at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Mountain Vista Gets a Boost from Blais in 49-6 Win
Mountain Vista picked up their eighth consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Jack Blais. Blais did his part (and then some), rushing for 99 yards and two touchdowns on only 14 carries, while also picking up 47 receiving yards and a touchdown for the 'W'.
If history really does repeat itself, Blais might just drop another big game when he faces off against Rock Canyon on Friday. Blais rushed for 121 yards and a touchdown while picking up 7.6 yards per carry the last time he and the Jaguars duked it out back in October of 2023.

Cash Spence's Big Game Leads Valor Christian over Thunderridge
Winning always takes teamwork, but on Friday Cash Spence stepped things up a notch to give Valor Christian the 'W'. Nobody could stop Spence as he picked up 89 receiving yards and two touchdowns, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground.
For the season, Spence has caught 8 touchdowns while averaging 81.2 receiving yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after eight games last season, he had two receiving touchdowns.
