Volleyball Recap: Clear Spring Blazers vs. Williamsport Wildcats

Clear Spring faced Williamsport in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Wednesday. The Blazers fell just short of the Wildcats by a score of 3-2. The Blazers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Wildcats apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Clear Spring took Williamsport into a fifth set but they suffered a heartbreaking two-point loss. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 19-25, 25-19, 25-16, 20-25, 21-19.

Kaisy Custer paced Clear Spring's offense, picking up 26 kills. Custer got some help from Malea Shingleton and her 50 assists.
