Baseball Recap: Midland Classical Academy Takes a Loss

Midland Classical Academy entered their game against Andrews on Tuesday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Midland Classical Academy Knights came up short against the Andrews Mustangs, falling 22-1. The match marked the Knights' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Midland Classical Academy saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Levi Bayley, who went 1-for-3 with one triple and one stolen base. Bayley has been hot, having posted at least one stolen base the last six times he's played. Another was Gage Strong, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.

Midland Classical Academy's loss dropped their record down to 5-2. As for Andrews, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season.
