Volleyball Recap: Coleman Comes Up Short

Coleman came into their game on Saturday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Hico Tigers, falling 3-0. The loss continues a trend for the Bluecats in their meetings with the Tigers: they've now lost five in a row.

Coleman's defeat dropped their record down to 15-19. As for Hico, they are on a roll lately: they've won 17 of their last 19 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 24-4 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matches. Coleman will head out to square off against Christoval at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Hico, they will venture away from home to challenge Hawley at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
