Soccer Recap: American Fork Falls Short Against Ranked Lone Peak

American Fork faced Lone Peak in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Cavemen fell just short of the Knights by a score of 2-1. The matchup was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but American Fork couldn't quite close it out.

Their goal came courtesy of AVERY WALBRUCH, who's now up to seven this season.

With the loss, American Fork broke their three-match winning streak and moved their record to 8-5. As for Lone Peak, the win (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 14-1-1.
