Football Game Preview: Gorham vs. Noble

After two weeks on the road, Gorham is heading back home. On Friday they will take on Noble at 6:00 PM. Gorham are expected to win -- but not by much -- so they will need to come into the game prepared for a fight.

Gorham came up short against Greely last Friday, falling 14-22. This makes it the second loss in a row for Gorham.

Meanwhile, their game two weeks ago wasn't at all kind to Noble, but their most recent match may have softened the blow. They were able to grind out a solid win over York, winning 28-21.

Noble's victory lifted them to 5-2 while Gorham's defeat dropped them down to 3-4. In their victory, Noble relied heavily on junior Brandon Drake, who accumulated 172 passing yards and punched in 1 rushing TD. Gorham will need to find a way to minimize his impact if they want to win.
