Volleyball Recap: Potter Valley Comes Up Short

Potter Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat dating back to last season. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Laytonville Warriors. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Bearcats of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Potter Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3.

Coming up, Potter Valley will welcome Point Arena at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Laytonville, they will venture away from home to face off against South Fork at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
