Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Fayetteville-Manlius). Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Auburn Maroons a 19-0 shutout on Wednesday. The victory was some much needed relief for the Hornets as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.
Anna Arthur was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with three runs, one triple, and two RBI. That triple was her first of the season.
