Basketball Recap: Stuyvesant Sets Scoring Season-High Against Graphics

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Stuyvesant). They came out on top against Graphics by a score of 53-40 on Friday. The win was some much needed relief for the Peglegs as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Stuyvesant now has a winning record of 6-5. As for Graphics, their loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 1-10.

Stuyvesant will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Fashion Industries at 4:30 p.m. on January 27th. Stuyvesant has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. Graphics will also get a bit of a break before their next matchup: they'll face off against Laguardia at 4:30 p.m. on January 27th.
